Celebrating 155 Years

The Beeton Agricultural Society is proud to present one of the oldest agricultural fall fairs in Canada. Celebrating 155 years the Beeton Fall Fair provides a great weekend of family fun with exhibits, demonstrations, competitions and rides that is sure to provide great entertainment for all ages.
The fair runs from Friday September 16 through to Sunday September 18 at the Beeton Fairgrounds.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Looking for students of the “One Room School House”


We are celebrating and welcoming the students that attended the area schools growing up to come and March in the Parade behind your banners once again.
We celebrated at the 150th and are continuing the celebration every 5 years.

 

On Saturday September 17th.  

The Parade starts at 10:30 all participants will meet at the parking lot of the Beeton School and then will join with the parade on Main and Patterson at 10:30.  There will be a meet and greet at the Rotary Hall after the parade finishes.

This year we welcome you to explore the rich history of the educational institutions in and around the Beeton area as the 2011 Beeton Fall Fair goes "Old School"

 

Beeton Public - 1895

The picture to the right is Beetons Public School from 1895. Like the one room schoolhouses above the children in these schools all marched in the annual Beeton Fall Fair.
