4-H Shows – Youth Achievement Day
Showcasing the Next Generation of Agricultural Leaders
The Beeton Fall Fair proudly hosts Achievement Day for several local 4-H Clubs, celebrating the hard work, dedication, and talents of young people in our community.
About 4-H
4-H is a national, non-profit youth development organization spanning all 10 provinces of Canada. The program brings together members ages 6 to 21 to learn new skills through hands-on activities, mentorship, and teamwork, following the motto “Learn to Do by Doing.”
What to See at the Fair
4-H members will participate in various categories throughout the weekend, demonstrating their year-long projects and newly acquired skills:
Livestock and Agriculture:
- Leading animals into the ring
- Demonstrating animal care knowledge
- Showcasing agricultural projects
Creative and Skill-Based Projects:
- Presenting carefully crafted projects
- Demonstrating new skills learned
- Sharing knowledge gained throughout the year
Educational Presentations:
- Members explaining their project work
- Skill demonstrations
- Knowledge sharing with fairgoers
