The Beeton Fall Fair welcomes quality vendors offering food, crafts, artisan goods, merchandise, and services to our vibrant community event. With thousands of visitors each year, our fair provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your products and connect with customers in a festive, family-friendly atmosphere.

Vendor Quick-Reference Guide — 2026 Beeton Fall Fair

Beeton & District Agricultural Society (BDAS)

This page summarises the key rules and expectations for all vendors participating in the 2026 Beeton Fall Fair. For full details, refer to the Vendor Contract Agreement & Liability Waiver.


📌 Key Dates & Times

Fair Dates:

  • Friday, September 18th, 2026
  • Saturday, September 19th, 2026
  • Sunday, September 20th, 2026

Vendor Set-Up Times:

  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m.
  • Sunday: 9:00 a.m.

Business Ready Time:

  • Vendors must be fully set up by 10:00 a.m. both days.

Tear-Down:

  • All goods, tents, trailers, and equipment must be removed by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

📌 Passes

Vendors receive 2 passes per day for each 10′ x 10′ or 10′ x 20′ outdoor space.
No additional free passes will be issued.


📌 Payments & Deadlines

  • Full payment due: June 30, 2026
  • Late or incomplete applications may be cancelled.

📌 Insurance Requirements

All food vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance with:

  • Minimum $2,000,000 liability coverage
  • BDAS fairgrounds listed: 72 Prospect St., Beeton, ON
  • Premises ID: ON4228721

Insurance must be submitted before set-up.


📌 Food Vendors

  • Must submit a menu for approval.
  • Approved menu items and pricing cannot change during the Fair.
  • Must comply with all health and safety regulations (e.g., Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, Occupational Health and Safety Act).
  • Food Vendors must complete the Special Event/Farmers Market Vendor Application Form. This application must be submitted at least 14 days prior to any event.

📌 Space Rules

  • Vendors must stay within their assigned space.
  • Keep your area clean, safe, and orderly.
  • All displays must be secure and free of hazards (cords, tent lines, etc.).
  • BDAS may require the removal of unapproved or unsafe items.

📌 Electrical & Water

  • No standard electrical outlets are provided.
  • Any electrical setup must be vendor-supplied and BDAS-approved.
  • Limited potable water is available.

📌 Parking & Vehicles

  • Parking near vending areas is not guaranteed.
  • BDAS staff will direct vendors based on available space.

📌 Prohibited

  • Alcohol in vendor areas
  • Unauthorised PA systems
  • Unauthorised raffle ticket sales
  • Offensive, hazardous, or inappropriate items
  • Subletting or sharing vendor space without written approval

📌 Security & Liability

  • Security is provided, but BDAS is not responsible for theft or damage.
  • Vendors are responsible for securing their own goods.
  • Vendors must indemnify BDAS for any harm caused by their negligence.
