How Our Rental Facilities Work
Thank you for considering the Rotary Hall (Kate Aitken Agricultural Hall) in Beeton for your event. Here’s a simple guide on how to proceed with your rental:
- Secure the Date: Please email info@beetonfair.com with the date you are looking to hold your event. We will confirm the date is available and then send you a contract to fill out.
- Contract Submission: Email the completed contract to info@beetonfair.com.
- Payment Process: We will provide you with detail on how to make your payment after you contract is approved.
- Booking Confirmation: Upon receiving the contract and payment, we’ll confirm your booking date on our calendar.
- Follow-up Paperwork: Submit any additional required paperwork 14 days before the event.
- Insurance and Licenses: Provide a copy of your insurance. For licensed events, include a copy of the AGCO license and the Smart Serve Card of the person named on the license.
- Access to the Hall: A week before your event, you’ll receive the code to the lock box outside the hall once all documents are confirmed.

- The Beeton & District Agricultural Society maintains and rents the Kate Aitken Agricultural Hall. All rental proceeds contribute to the hall’s upkeep.
- Our volunteers work hard to keep the hall affordable and available for the community. Ensuring that the hall is left in good condition and that all paperwork and payments are timely and correct helps everyone.
- Our rental facility price ranges from $165 to $225 per night depending on; day of the week, type of event, licensed or non-licensed
