Sponsors needed for 2019 Beeton Fair

Celebrating 170 Years of Agricultural Awareness

In 2026, the Beeton & District Agricultural Society will proudly celebrate 170 years of keeping agricultural awareness and its importance alive in our community. Our Society exists to serve and showcase the interests and needs of our community by educating and promoting agriculture and its related industries and activities.

Our flagship event is the Beeton Fall Fair, held annually for over 160 years. Country fairs are a cherished tradition in rural Canada, bringing neighbours together to rediscover the heritage and community of yesterday and today.

Our goal is to present agriculture in ways that are both educational and entertaining for all ages. Exhibitors from our town and across Ontario showcase livestock, garden bounty, baked goods, crafts, and more. Each year, the fair enriches our community by showcasing our agricultural roots and skills, improving the quality of life for residents and visitors alike.

Sponsors are a major part of the success and future of our volunteer-run fair. With the cost of organizing, promoting, and running the annual fair continually increasing, our reliance on generous donations also grows. Your support helps us preserve a long-standing tradition while inspiring the next generation. In return for your financial support, we are pleased to offer recognition and exposure that connects your name with one of Ontario’s most enduring community events.

On behalf of the Beeton & District Agricultural Society, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to all who support our fair by becoming sponsors. Your generosity keeps our long-standing tradition alive and thriving. As we approach our 170 year anniversary in 2026, we are proud to continue sharing the importance of agriculture with our community and beyond.

We warmly welcome businesses, organizations, and individuals to join our sponsorship program. Your participation helps ensure the Society’s future, allowing us to produce an exciting and educational fair where 4-H members can flourish and where our proud agricultural heritage is passed on to new generations.

Please take a moment to review the sponsorship opportunities and choose the level that feels right for you. If the listed options aren’t feasible, know that any amount or type of support is received with heartfelt thanks. By becoming a sponsor, you are not only supporting your local community—you are investing in the future of agriculture and farming in Canada.
